Job Title: Quotations Administrative Assistant
Department: Quotations
Reports To: Quotations Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: Support the Quotes team with tasks required to process projects in an expeditious manner and elevate our service level. The Quotations Administrative Assistant interacts with the Quotations Manager, and the inside and outside staff as needed to fulfill project needs.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Exceed customer expectations by quickly handling all incoming work, including, but not limited to:
- Managing the Quotations incoming email inboxes.
- Open documents, review, and match job names and locations with quotes specialists already assigned and forward the request.
- Advise customer(s) who a project has been assigned to.
- Assist quotes manager with assigning new work when needed.
- Actively participate in Teams (or other) meetings and training, as
- needed.
- Alert the manager if you are not able to complete work within the stated guidelines.
- Be available to assist the team with completing tasks, as required.
- Work will be resolved “First in, First Out” when able, with an intuitive approach to prioritizing.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Visual design software, and AGILE proprietary project management software.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
